Shourie Chatterji
As Founder Director & CEO of ESDECS, Shourie is responsible for overall business & relationship management of the organization. Shourie has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and prior to forming ESDECS, was Vice President & Zonal Head of IL&FS Education & Technology Services Ltd and worked in the organization for over 14 years. His role included project development, operations, business and relationship management for the company for Eastern & North Eastern markets. He has experience of working with diverse client base (Govt, multilateral agencies, corporate) with specific focus on developing sustainable social solutions in the field of Skills Development, K-12 Education, e-Governance, ICT enabled Health and Cluster Development.

Soma Choudhury
As Chief Operating Officer of the company, Soma is responsible for overall operations management of various projects, with specific focus on Job readiness programs and managing key relationship with partner organizations/institutions. Soma holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and an advanced Diploma in Computer Science from NIIT. Prior to joining ESDECS, Soma in her capacity as Senior Manager was in-charge of the skills operations of IL&FS Education & Technology Services in the West Bengal region. Soma has over 25 years of work experience in teaching, training, heading Govt Vocational/IT training institutes of Muscat & Bahrain and management of large scale education projects using ICT.

Samina Alam
As Co-Founder and Chief Knowledge Officer, Samina is responsible for developing, amongst other areas, specific learning & training solutions for adolescents and youth in the field of employability & job readiness skills. Samina has a Post Graduate degree in Political Science and holds a Govt certification in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD). She has over 10 years of work experience in training & instructional design in education and skills development sectors. Prior to forming ESDECS, as a Manager in IL&FS Education & Technology Services Ltd, Samina developed & implemented training & learning solutions for a diverse audience ranging from schools (Govt & Private), employees (Govt & Corporates) and young adults.
