ESDECS conducts its own placement linked training through an innovative skills4work intervention termed as ‘E2E Plus’ focusing on integrated services sector along the guidelines of MES and NSDC
E2E Plus offers an integrated 40-day placement linked skills training where students undergo intensive hands-on training in Hospitality, Retail and BPO on completion of which they are placed in entry level jobs in the 3 sectors.
In its pilot phase ESDECS has trained and placed 100 students in various companies like Mainland China, Café Mezzuna, Haka, Café Coffee Day, Pantaloons, Big Bazaar and Tatwa to name a few. ESDECS also tie-ups with companies like Serco, Bata, Khadim’s, Future Retail, Park Hotel, etc. to provide trained manpower for their regular requirement. In addition to Kolkata, ESDECS is expanding its network by setting up its own brand of training centres through training partners in Burdwan and Siliguri.
